Size Guide

Choosing the right stick length helps with control, posture and confidence on the pitch. The Onebow is available in 34.5", 35.5", 36.5", 37.5" and 38.5".

General size guidance

• 34.5" — often suited to younger or shorter players.
• 35.5" — a common choice for junior-to-senior transition players.
• 36.5" — one of the most common senior stick lengths.
• 37.5" — often preferred by taller senior players or players who like extra reach.
• 38.5" — for taller players who prefer maximum reach.

Stick length is partly personal preference. If you already play with a size you like, we recommend staying close to that length.
